“University College has been working with Search Influence since May 2023 and has found the teams’ combined skill sets to be an excellent match and support for our marketing needs. In our first 6 months their team was able to complete a full site content audit with recommendations for overall changes, as well as implement those changes. They then went on to update and optimize all of our Pre-College Program content, from this we are already seeing results, with growth in our organic search lead conversations for this program, as well as more organic traffic to the site in all.
In addition, we have asked SI to also support our current website relaunch, which we are working on with the internal Tufts technology team (TTS). They have been brought in multiple times for their expertise on new product launches, market research for site content and sections of content, as well as most recently the relationship between on-site search and google keyword searches (organic and paid). In short, with not even a full year together we are already seeing the impact of SI’s expertise on our program awareness and engagement, and we are looking forward to continuing with SI’s expertise into FY25 and beyond.”
